Does anyone know of a full screen (ie nonPM) telnet client? My SVGA
card is so sloooooow that I may have to switch back to using Livewire
instead of TCP/IP with SLIP.
Thanks.

There is a telnet client called CKermit. I assume you can get it at
ftp.cdrom.com or hobbes. But to be sure, check the newsgroup
comp.os.os2.networking.tcp-ip or ...networking.misc. CKermit is non-pm
and I hear lots of users like it.

What's wrong with the standard telnet.exe? Open up a full screen OS/2
window, type 'telnet' and be amazed. :)

I like Ckermit for its configurability, programability, and the
ability to have humongous fast scrollback buffers. Combine it with
feelx and a good text editor I've _finally_ got the convenience and
power of Telemate (DOS term program) plus multiple sessions.

I realize that wasn't your point, but I couldn't resist a little
plug. :) It's at least worth looking at.

Did you try running "telnet" from an OS/2 Full Screen? If you're
using IBM's TCP/IP v2.0 for OS/2, it includes a command line telnet;
remarkably called "telnet".

This is also included with the IAK. Open a fullscreen OS/2-session
and type telnet, then press enter.

I highly recommend C-kemit. It has a great telnet function, and it;s VT220
emulation is rock solid! Very quick!

Or go to the telnet icon and change the session settings from PM to FS.
