Dear Experts,

I am wondering what is "user intervention" ? This keeps appearing when same of
the user trying the print from workstations' Win95 to print server.

When it says "User Intervention Required," that means that the printer cannot (or
temporarily was not abled to) be located on the network and Windows has so kindly
placed the printer in offline mode (which doesn't work at all so what's it for?).
All you need to do is right-click on the printer icon (My Computer -> Printers) and
uncheck the line that says "Use Printer Offline." If there is an icon of a printer
in the system tray (lower-right hand corner of the screen), double click on it.
Then from the menu, select "Printer" then "Work Offline."

try this, just doesn't work. It says cannot connect to print server. But after
a relogin to the server for a few times. It works again. But after a times, I
start not working again.

Can you see the queue in Network Neighborhood? Have you tried rebuilding the queue,
printer, and print server objects?
