Source code to initilize a Cirrus Logic GD5420 VGA chip

This is a bit of a long shot but I am trying to find source code for any one of the ROMS that were typically used to initilize/run ISA VGA video boards using the Cirrus Logic GD54xx chips. Early 90's vintage. I am putting together a S-100 board in an MSDOS driven system that could use this chip. See for example:-

I only have EPROMS which for some reason are not working. I need to step through the initilization code to locate the problem.

Anybody out there have anything from way back.
