*** If you don't want any data or programs, wipe the drive, repartition
and reformat. Check to see that any partitions hidden by the utility can
be recognised and removed by the program you use to re-do the drive.
I suggest RANISH.
Otherwise, you'll need to know what the utility is in order to remove
it safely.
