I'm not having any luck finding an FTP client for DOS. Can someone
point me in the right direction?

Win 95/98 and I believe NT all have an ftp utility standard. It's
called ftp.exe in the Windows folder (or is it Windows\Command? - I'm
not on the right machine to check).

If Mr. Tim Nason means "Really for DOS", then maybe NetTamer's
FTP-capability may be of interrest for him (I tried it a while back -
works OK).

Sincerely,
Artur.

If you do mean "really for ms-dos", Net Tamer is an all-in-one, shareware
solution:
http://www.nettamer.net/

Another place to look for MS-DOS internet software:
http://www.simtel.net/simtel.net/msdos/internet.html
Look for qvttcp21.zip above, or at any Simtel mirror site
(http://www.simtel.net/simtel.net/webmirror.html).

Other good sources of information:

The "right direction" is supposed to be toward TV Dog's Internet Site.
According to the link there, it should be available at:
ftp://ftp.oldskool.org/pub/tvdog/internet/ftp07.zip

Unfortunately, for some reason, I have had difficulties accessing it.
I suspect others may have similar problems. Because of that, I have
placed a copy of the same file here:
http://www.ultrashell.net/~shulethr/dos.internet/ftp07.zip

I don't understand why SimtelNet or Garbo don't have this essential
proggie in their archives, but between the two above links, you should
be able to get your FTP client.

Enjoy!

For msdos you can also the NSCA package available from:

http://www.ncsa.uiuc.edu/SDG/Software/PCTelnet/

it contains a telnet, ftp server and client and some other utilities.
The only thing you need is a packet-driver which normally is shipped
with your networkcard. If you use a dial-in, you need to download
another packet-driver. (see the documentation on the page)
