*** If that is Version 9.0, it's a good one. I use that version myself.

*** Glad to hear it.

Just got qemm 7.5 and DESQview 2.42 on DOS 6.22 running under VMWare
Player 2.5.1. Using the following in config.sys:
QEMM386.SYS SH:N APM:N MA=8 HA=32 RAM XBDA:L P:VME:N I=C800-E7FF
I also use I=A000-B7FF because I'm only interested in text mode, no
graphics, and can always use the extra conventional memory this
provides, but with DESQview/X you probably wouldn't want that. Key to
getting this working for me was XBDA:L (or :N, but L gets me access to
the A000 frame in conventional memory) and P:VME:N. The other
parameters were the same as when I run DOS 6.22 + QEMM + DESQview on
bare metal instead of in a VMWare session.
I see references to QEMM97 and QEMM version 9.0, I wouldn't mind giving
them a try, are they available to download somewhere?

The difference between a duck, as you will see here:
http://www.chsoft.com/dv/
*** I am using QEMM 9 under DR-DOS 7.03 and it seems to work well. Best
of all, it recognises all the memory on my systems, including and above
64 Mb.

it recognises all the memory on my systems, so no 64 MB limit.
