QEMM + DESQview under Microsoft Virtual PC?

Has anyone gotten this working? Seems that no matter what I try, the
virtual machine hangs as soon as DESQview loads. If I don't load
DESQview, all seems to run fine... I'm using QEMM 7.5 and DESQview 2.42
on DOS 6.22. Any help would be appreciated.
