Missing dll files when installing XP SP2

I have looked all over the place and found nothing on my problem -
which is everytime i try to install SP2 for WinXP i get the same
missing files dialog box for wmipsess.dll. If i choose to continue
without the file it just loops back to the dialog box for the same
file. Does anyone know what is for or where to find it. Thanx
