autoshutdown win 95 for backup

I would like to shutdown and restart win95 each night or shut down any
programs that are open, sence it is a heavy use computer it would be
nice to shutdown and restart the computer. the computer is on a small
LAN. There will be programs that will need to be saved and shutdown,
one needs to be shutdown properly (foxpro). This is for backing up
certian files that stay open and will not copy if open. the backup is
on anouther computer on the LAN,
