missing or corrupt file: vpowerd.vxd

Win95 says that the vpowerd.vxd is missing or corrupt. I looked in the
system vmm32 files and can't find it - I don't recall what application
created or uses it. I tried editing the registry and by pass it, but it is
still called out.

On the same note, I tried the Packard Bell FM Sound card, but couldn't
identify the sound cable to the ES1688 sound card - it froze the system. I
removed that also, but am getting a call for the sapi!sb3.drv file - where
is this stored?

Thanks in advance for any help in this area.

Extract the file from the Win95_07.cab directory on the distribution CD.
/rm
