I just found the same file in my installation of win98SE under win4lin, which
I'm sure is spyware-free, so I'm gonna guess that the file is supposed to be
there.
*However*, the original file could have been altered or replaced by some
spyware. You could try extracting the original file from the cab files on the
installation disk(s). I don't remember if win95 has a cab file viewer, but
winzip might be able to open cabs, if not, the free version of powerdesk
(www.v-com.com) can do it. You'll need comctl update to run powerdesk on 95,
if it doesn't offer the update when you install, v-com has it on their site
on the updates page.
