This is tricky. What you are asking for certainly exists.
I bought Windows 95 about a year ago. I bought it from a
computer recycling company who said that they had to get
special permission from Microsoft to sell them. (I
bought lots; at the time, I worked for a charity placing
refurbished computers into the homes of families in need.)
I know that the charity has spare licenses, but these
consist only of the card with the squiggles on it; no
CD-Rom. Unfortunately, the recycling company, which was
in Calgary, Alberta, appears to have gone bust. Hence,
they are no longer a source of CD-Roms.
You don't need an unopened box; he who owns the card with
the squiggles on it is the legal owner. (Note that I am
not a lawyer, so ignore everything I say.)
The charity has several spare cards with the the
squiggles on them, so e-mail me if you would like one.

My understanding is that there is Win95 A, B, and C.
Only C had USB support, and even this was broken.
