Can someone direct me to the proper newsgroup with this question
I am selling my old computer and I want to make sure the new buyer cannot
use my At&T account to access the web. Do I have to remove the Internet
Express program or what? I'd like him to still have Internet access. If I
remove it can he still get an access program for Windows 95
