Play Video CD in Windows (Problem)

Hi,

I have the following configuration :

Pentium 133
64MB 60ns EDO
6x CD-ROM
Sound Blaster Pro

Whenever I try to play a Video CD, I get hiccups of the audio. The
sound / music would stutter so much that I could hardly figure out what
is going on.. The video however is perfectly smooth.

So what is the problem here? I think that my configuration is
reasonable enough for a better type of result than this... I have a
feeling that the 8 bit Sound Blaster Pro card might be the problem. Can
anyone please enlighten me? Thanx...
