Windows animation when moving...+ INBOX admin - OUTLOOK EXPRESS

Just a quick one. I noticed today after installing IE4, YUK, that my
explorer window animation was changed, it had gone from outline to full
window drag as it were. When I removed IE4, 3 days later ahemmm, the
effect had gone.... How do you switch from one type of drag animation to
the other. I PREFER the way it looked after IE4 installation but I dont
know why it happened after that - it just did....
Anyone know of a mailbox utuil which alows Communicator to separate
different uses on one mailbox into their respective boxes. This was the
reason for installing IE4 - it has outlook express which does this BUT
you have to have the full IE4 kit installed which I dont want....
Any suggestions
