Please help...

If the disk partition is FAT and not FAT32, and if another file
hasn't overwritten the deleted files, you can use the DOS 6.x
UNDELETE.EXE to recover files.

If you boot to Win95's DOS, be sure to issue a LOCK
command before you recover any files.

Sorry -- there is no way to recover files that have been deleted from the
recycle bin

Kaus's Undelete Utility. You have emptied the recycle bin, but you want
your files back.

Yes, with a caveat. The caveat is that the partition must be a fat16
partition. If the partition is fat32 then I cannot help.

You'll need a copy of the old dos (6.2) undelete command. Probably the
best place to drop is in c:\windows\command. With a fat 16 partition exit
windows to dos mode. Type "lock c:" (or d: or e: depending on the
partition you are working with). Follow this with "undelete." Once your
files are recovered (if possible) then either reboot or type "lock c:"
