Use the Inbox Repair Tool. I think it comes with Windows95, but it may
be included with the Plus! pack. It does what you want.

Inbox repair tool cannot be used on every occasions as it has limitations. Oversized PST file corruption cannot be repaired using this utility. Outlook PST repair tool is much preferred choice I suppose.

Microsoft provides an inbuilt repair tool "scanpst.exe" with all the different outlook versions to easily repair the damaged PST. But the inbox repair tool have some limitations and it will not repair the severely damaged PST files. In that case there is no any other option left instead of using the PST Repair software.
