My Win98SE tries to load an .ACL file on startup

but it can't find the program to open it with. Actually, I don't
care because I'm sure I don't need whatever .ACL is. How can I stop
it from asking what to open it with, so that i don't always have to
"cancel"? I tried msconfig, and there's nothing in "Startup" that
looks like it needs an .ACL file. I thought it was the Office 97
taskbar, but that does not seem to be it. Win.ini also has no suspect
entry. Is there a startup section in the registry? Now I think it's
an autocorrect file based on 3 entries in the registry, but how do I
disable it or tell it how to be opened?

win.ini
