Installing Lynx on Win 3.1

I am trying to get Lynx installed in Win 3.1 and connect it using
PPP on dial-up. I am not having much luck. Any advise on the proper
setup is welcome.

Anybody familiar with the version offered in:
http://www.rahul.net/dkaufman/ ?? I am going to try this one next.
