Advanced Installer support sent me this:

This folder is used by our file/folder removal mechanism from "Files
and Folders" page. It's a temporary folder used to store files that
will be removed from disk.

Also, after the installation (of a package which uses file removal
operations) finishes this folder should be automatically removed.
However, this behavior (the "AI_RecycleBin" is not automatically
removed after installation finishes) may be caused by a bug in an
older version of Advanced Installer which was fixed in our latest
versions. So, can you build your installation packages (which use file
removal mechanism) with our latest version of Advanced Installer
(10.0) and see if the behavior still persist?

I removed the hidden/system folders one-by-one.
The last paragraph means nothing to me. I don't have an "installer
package."

They probably include that automatically in case you're a developer using
their software to package your own.
