Does anyone know how to get the process ID from an HINSTANCE? The only
functions I can find that give me process IDs at all are the Toolhelp32
functions. What DLL are these in?

The value of an HINSTANCE has meaning only in the context of a
process, since it is the starting address of a module within a
process's address space.

1. You can't get process id from hInstance, because in Win32 hInstance
is the base code address in process's own address space, so different
modules may have the same hInstance.

2. Toolhelp32 API is the part of Win95 kernel (kernel32.dll, th32.lib
for link).

Yes. I found the Toolhelp32 functions in my Win95 Kernel32.dll, but where
are they in NT 4.0?
