Adding items to the right-click menu in Windows Explorer.

Hi!

At work we have access to the editor UltraEdit when we right-click on any
file (not directories) in the Windows Explorer.

How can I add more applications to this menu. I've managed to do it for
directories, by doing changes in the registry, but I can't figure out how to
do it for all types of files - regardless of extension?

Please CC answers to me.
