Any experience with PCI and WinRT?

We are working on a PCI-based card and are starting to write the
driver for it (fairly limited requirements for port-io and perhaps
interrupts to signal completion).

I saw Blue Water Systems WinRT and it looks like it can handle these
tasks and I wanted to know if anyone had experiences with it. In
particular, I am concerned about user-mode to kernel-mode transition
times.
