IIRC you need a special hardware for this which will reverse the USB cable.
It is not possibly directly.
It is possible with 1394 though.

USB has a single master that controls the bus and communicates with multiple
(slave) devices. Because of this, a host can only talk to a device, not
another host.
To use USB to connect two computers, you connect a USB device to each master
(host). Each of these USB devices is designed so that they trade data with
the other USB device. The other host can then retrieve the data to complete
the host-to-host communication. These devices are usually molded into a
special USB cable.
You cannot hook two computers together by reversing any USB lines because
the host controllers have no concept of talking to another host. Each will
assume it is the master and no communication will occur. However, there is
the possibility of damage to the controllers and/or power supplies.
