Editor for LARGE files?

What's the best freeware or shareware editor available that allows the
editing of very large files very quickly (by only loading part of the file
at a time instead of the whole thing)? I need to edit 30-50mb files on a
regular basis. If I use TextEdit on my Sun or NeXT machine this works very
fast but have been unable to find an equivalent editor for NT.

Try PFE (Programmers File Editor), it's totally free (no Nagscreens or
anything) and it can load any size you throw at it.

I can't remember where it's located, but if you search Alta Vista or
something you should find it.
