I am looking for general information regarding data acquisition
software development under Windows 3.x (i.e.
Supervisory Control and Data Acq <SCADA> software).

Has anyone designed and developed a scada package under
Windows 3.x?

Are there any tested DLL or related libraries for DAQ under
WIndows 3.x?

How many points are being monitored on the respective scada
package?

What is the general response time?

What is Windows' general performance?

Are you able to issue controls to the field devices or is it used
for simple monitoring?

How many port devices are connected (i.e. IO ports devices)?

Any information on related work or available tools would be
greately appreciated...Thanks in advance.
