Need information about NDIS drivers

I'm in the process of creating an implementation of TCP/IP to run in
conjunction with windows. I have been using the packet driver interface
(as defined by FTP Software, Inc.) as my interface to the networking
hardware. I would, however, prefer to use the NDIS interface that
so many other networking products use. Can anyone recommend a source
for information about the NDIS interface.

You might also try contacting Microsoft developer releations (206) 938-8080
The Spec is geared towards MAC driver implementation, however everthing you need
to do a protocol is there.
