Hello.

I've been looking for information on how to deal with a USB device in
a windows program. I've been to alot of sources of alot of
information and all I know for sure is that I want to avoid writing my
own device driver if at all possible. Is there some kind of
stock/generic USB driver that exist somewhere that I can just do some
simple I/O with? ANY pointers or advice would be greatly appreciated.

By way of clarification the hardware will be something I designed.
I'm fine with the device side of the USB link and much less fine with
how I'm going to make it work on the windows side.

Thanks,

Tim.

I've heard that Cypress has some sourcecode supplied with their USB-
Starter-Kit for US-$99. (www.cypress.com)
