Implementing COM Connection Points

Hi...

i'm looking for sample code, if possible on
implmenting connection points. i have "Inside Ole",
but this does not use the MFC maps and i think
there is more code than necessary. In the MSDN,
i see reference to these maps ...ie.

// implement the the connection map
BEGIN_CONNECTION_MAP(CSink, CCmdTarget)
CONNECTION_PART(CSink, IID_ISink, EventConnPt)
END_CONNECTION_MAP()

...but no sample source/sink code. Does anyone have
a bare bones example of both the source and sink
side to illustrate how to implement connection points?
