How can I find out the full name (as specified in the Usermanager) of the
currently logged-in user *without* querying the PDC (GetUserInfo(...);)?
The full names are only stored on the PDC but since the full name is also
displayed when you hit CTRL-ALT-DEL it should be somewhere on the local
machine?
