Windows Paging Errors???

Hello netland -

Occasionally during my development I get kicked out of windows
with the following message at the top of an otherwise blank screen:

Could not continue running Windows because of a paging error.

What the H*LL am I doing wrong?? Surely someone out there can
help me...

I can provide configuration, setup, etc if necessary...
