I've just designed some icons for my application following the new
guidelines for Windows XP... I've got the following icons in my ICO file:

32x32x32
16x16x32
But Windows 2000 loads my 32x32x8 icon and converts it to 16x16x4 before
it's displayed in the notification area... instead of directly displaying my
predefined 16x16x4 icon... why is this?
