AMD PCnet source code or password

Hi,

Does anybody has access to AMD PCnet PCI source code for NT 4.0??

On AMD's public ftp site they have ndis4.zip but it requires a
password to unzip. Does anybody know that password that they could
email me off the newsgroup?

All attempts to email AMD result in either being ignored or they say
the file doesn't exsist but it clearly does on their public FTP site.
