HOW DO YOU INSTALL A DRIVER in Windows NT 4.0 ????

I am trying to install a Driver for a Hardware Key (Dongle)
on my Windows NT 4.0 Beta workstation.
The key (as with most hardware keys) controls licencing of
the some software I've installed.

This operation (installing) would normally be done from the
Drivers icon in the NT 3.51 control panel. This seems to be
missing in NT 4.0 Beta???? Windows 95 doesn't have either
but instead has the Add Hardware icon, which basically does
the same thing. NT 4.0 Beta doesn't have that either!

So... HOW DO YOU INSTALL A DRIVER in Windows NT 4.0 ????
