Memphis .1415 Taskbar Sticks

The taskbar will not scroll down if the computer is left on overnite. Is
there anybody else with this problem? Any solution is greatly appreciated.

P.S. In an earlier build, I could get the icons off the desktop and on the
taskbar only, with this newer build, it don't want to work. Any ideas?

Good question- The clock is stuck at 12.00 or a few minutes past
