Simple question on customizing folders...

ok, i know this is probably more an ie4 thing, then win98 specific, but here
goes...
one thing i've wondered though is when you customize a folder to have a
background image, and it stores it in desktop.ini how do you stop it from
repeating (tile effect) ?
i see that the image is specified in desktop.ini as IconArea_Image or some
such, is there a no-repeat type flag? also, is there any info i can get on
other possible attributes?
