Does anyone know where I can get a crack to disable the 120-day timeout on
this eval edition?

Thanks for your help!

I'd really appreciate if you ask. Thanks a million.

You make some good points. The main reason I put NT Eval on here is because
I needed FrontPage 97 for some work for a client, only had the NTS version
that was on the SP2 CD, and conveniently in the same kit I had the NTS
Evaluation. Rather than spend a day downloading it, I stuck it on here, did
what I had to do, and ended it there. However, messing around with it I
kind of like how it performs on this system. I had something like 60
documents open in Word 97 (about 30 or 40) and was impressed because the
system hardly slowed down at all. I tried to do that with FrontPad in Win98
RTM and it brought the whole box down. So anyways rather than having to go
delete that and reinstall from somewhere else I thought I would ask here and
see if any of you knew where I could get one. If worse comes to worse I can
pull one off somewhere but I'd rather just apply the crack and leave
everything since so much is already installed.

So that's the story. Thanks again for your help!!

That's what I would guess. <G> I'll give it a try here and see...

I couldn't download the crack that you attached. My reader said it didn't
exist. Who knows....yeah it's OE with Win98. Maybe I got a bug finally....

Someone else told me though that applying SP3 to NTS Evaluation edition
would disengage the lockout. (sounds terrifying) I'm gonna give that a
whirl since the crack would produce the stuff that you describe below but a
Microsoft service pack wouldn't.

I know those last words are gonna come back to haunt me...
