Saw a couple of questions about build 1532.
Haven't a clue . Has never appeared on the Winbeta sites and in
addition NO testers have even mentioned it or asked any qusetions
about it. Could be a developer's release or could be a hack.

On to good news. Interim release build 1538 is on the Winbeta sites
now.
It is NOT Beta2 but one of the bug fix releases they promised until
Beta2 is ready.
It has a new Version of IE4. Don't know for sure, but it may be IE4PP2
that is rumoured to be available to the public on Monday (please
remember the word rumour)
This IE4 and the build in general are faster than Beta1.
But I haven't had a chance to check all the bugs are fixed or if there
are any new ones as it just came out before midnight 7/12
