Warning: Altra PC Felix (mouse substitute)

Altra makes a device that is a mouse substitute and looks high-tech.
Unfortunatley it does not work very well in my opinion.
They have a 100% money-back guarantee. Don't believe it. I purchased a
PC Felix from them in late October. It did not work for me. I shipped it back
Express Mail in late October.
I have yet to get my money back. 3 different times I have been told,
"the check is in the mail". Here it is January 9 and no check.
Today they admitted they had not written one yet. I informed them I
had turned them in for Mail Fraud. They didn't seem to care. They actually
asked me "Is $84 that big a hardship for you?"
Once again they are promising to write a check next week (why not this
week?) and mail it. Sure. Sure.
