What is the difference in OSMR2 with netware

I work for a small software firm they have a vb 3.0 app that call a
access data
base 2.0. Just to open the data base takes longer on a novell network
than a NT
network. The problem has to do with the client change it only happens
on 95b clients
I think its in the new VXD layer I think

can anyone help?

The first 95 client can open the data base very quickly but the next one
in takes incereasingly longer
10 seconds 2nd in
20 seconds 3rd in
25 seconds 4th in
a windows version 95a client can enter at any time with no slow down
data access is also slow
the test network has 0 other traffic
the network has very few packets on it
The server is not busy
the amount of data sent to open is 6k
