Windows NT 4 and Windows 2000 beta 3 problems

I was wondering if anyone would know why, I tied setting up win NT 4 a
couple of weeks ago, but it keep failing, it couldn't copy the cdrom.sys
file, so I just tried to copy the file accross to my hard drive, but it kept
saying the disk was either full or write protected, I put this down to just
a faulty CD, and didn't worry about it because I was getting Windows 2000
beta 3, anyway when I tried to install Windows 2000 beta 3 today, it came up
with the exact same error. So I was wondering if anyone knows why this is
happening or a work around for this.
