Hi,

I recently installed WindowsXP RC1 on a PC. Everything is working really
fine but the display adapter's driver causes the system to crash. The
problem is with the nVidia TNT2 M64 driver. Is there anyone else
experiencing the same problems? Is there a fix to it?

Yoni

What driver version are you using? I have a GeForce 2 MX card and I
havent had problems with the 12.XX series of drivers.

I've got a cheap TNT2 M64 (on a VIA motherboard) & it runs fine on XP RC1
with only the standard XP drivers.

regarding this problem I would like to add that if you have the ASUS TNT
M64 then do not use the usus drivers! It couses XP 2505 to crash on booting
into gui including safe mode you can get around it by going into vga mode!
I wanted to use the USUS vr classes in xp to see how it works but no go,,
does anyone have any ideas?

I haven't had any problems, I've used both the drivers supplied with XP, and
the Win 2000 drivers from nVidia.
