server, with a scsi card , my question is if upgrading the mother
board and cpu to a Pentium II 233 cpu and mother board will affect
this server when i will start it after the upgrade especially that i'm

First off what your doing is hardware wise and will cause NT to croak best
advice that I can give is to set up another machine to service the sites and
then bring the original down after porting over the data etc. to the new
server.
(Rdisk will definitely not help)
