Screen freeze and spontaneous rebooting with ME

I have an asus CUSL2 which has run absolutely stable on WIN98SE. Upgraded to
ME and every 10 minutes or so the screen freezes and computer reboots itself
about 15secs later. Have disabled power management in BIOS, and tried other
things like taking out the SBL value card, but no effect. Have 600E@800 -
temps OK - G400; IBM HD, Crucial PC133 CAS2 x2 sticks RAM. Sparkle 300watt
psu. Has anyone met this problem before, or have any ideas? I'm stuck and
have had to go back to 98SE.

Timing is a little more critical in ME... try lowering your over clocking and
see if that helps....
