OSR2 TCP/IP Problem

I'm running OSR2 and I've noticed that my ftp clients and ftp servers do
not work correctly. The problem is that the programs will hang if I
try to upload with the ftp clients or when a user issues a "dir"
command or tries to download a file from the ftp server. These same
programs work fine with the original Windows 95 (Auguest 1995) release
and also under NT 4.0. Has anyone noticed this?
