Screen Saver/SideWinder Profile Activator Problem

It seems that screen savers (and the following shutdown of the monitor) do not
occur when the Microsoft SideWinder Profile Activator (v2.00.0161) is running
(in the system tray) with my Win98 Beta 3. Anybody else experiencing this
probelm?

Why can't I find a bug submission e-mail address or web page or a support e-mail
address or web page (besides the knowledgebase search and file downloads)?
