Win95/96 upgrade cab - 9596.zip - probably bogus

There is a file called 9596.zip floating around out there... that looks
completely bogus. It claims to upgrade systems to Nashville - single cab
file... no Microsoft signatures on it... but oddly enough - a lot of hacker
names.
Had someone mail it to me... never installed it.. just wanted to pass on
the info.

I installed it on a spare 'puter - near as I can tell it just gives
you all the current upgrades available at the time and changes the
start screen to a 96 Plus! since it also threw in plus's drivespace 3
for good measure.
No problems with it - I put it on my working 'puter just to confuse
some buddies.
