I had that same problem for a long time until I figured out that I =
need to be 'logged in' as a user. I.e. I think that if you go to start, =
and it just has 'log off' with no name, that is the problem. I'm no =
expert on this though.. but its the conclusion I've come to after =
spending hours trying to figure it out!
