looking win98 PCONFIG.DCF

Hi,
I am looking for the PCONFIG.DCF that would let the win98 backup
program work with an 'Archive' dat drive. I have been told to get
the beta1 version, but I have only access to the msdn beta2 of win98.

Does anybody know where I can get that file ?
