Memphis/Cairo NDAs

Has anyone heard whether the first round of non-disclosure agreements
(NDAs) have been sent out for Memphis and/or NT 5.0 (Workstation)? I sent
a beta request a couple of months ago for both of these but haven't heard
anything yet (my past exp[erience is that there is a long gap between
requesting a beta product and actually getting either the NDA or the actual
product). I understand that the first round of Cairo NDAs went out for NT
Server several months ago, but I other than that I haven't seen or heard
anything else on Memphis or NT Workstation.
